| We are excited to extend an exclusive invitation and ask for your expression of interest in attending our upcoming, Launch events for the Market Weighton Canal Trail. They will be held on two separate days at Market Weighton and Newport, featuring expert and insightful speakers from the University of Hull. Refreshments will be provided. We’ve played a part in crafting and highlighting the canal’s rich heritage and providing a nature trail for everyone to explore – a trail that winds through an untouched wildlife corridor, across fertile farmlands, past nature reserves and eighteenth-century canal locks.
