If you would like to volunteer, Hull Pride is looking for people! There are lots of different roles, if you would like want to enter the parade or volunteer, please email info@prideinhull.co.uk  and they will be directed to the person they need to speak to.

Online events: You don’t have to line a parade route to join the celebration of LGBTQIA+ people during Pride Month. There are plenty of virtual Pride events that allow you to learn, listen, and laugh from wherever you are. Eventbrite have curated a lift of virtual Pride events for you to explore. You can find them here.

If you are looking for some support and a chance to connect with the community

  • There is the East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s LGBT forum which can be contacted here: lgbtforum@eastriding.gov.uk.
  • Liquid Jade café hold an LGBTQAI+ coffee morning on a Saturday morning once a month at 10:00, the dates for the rest of the year are:
    • 1st July, 5th August, 2nd September, 7th October, 4th November and 2nd December
  • LGBTQAI+ book club at Hull Central Library 24th June 11-12:30pm
  • LGBTQQAI+ Ruby union club – The Roundheads are always looking for new players. – They train Wednesday 8pm at Hull Uni Inglemire Lane (please check their Facebook page for more information)
